R{}ai is an R&D company developing AI solutions using a hybrid neuro-symbolic model that combines machine learning with symbolic reasoning. The platform is designed to solve complex, high-stakes problems, with a focus on financial services and mortgage lending.
The Challenge
R{}ai had strong research and technical depth, but nothing tangible to show how the system would work in practice.
The challenge was to translate paper-based R&D into a credible, easy-to-understand experience, one that could support investor conversations and demonstrate feasibility for mortgage lender approval, without committing to full product development too early.

The Approach
We focused on speed, clarity, and credibility.
Rather than starting with sketches and wireframes, we moved directly into a high-fidelity prototype, using a simple, repeatable template to shape the system narrative. This was supported by a lightweight brand layer and website structure to give the work a coherent, professional presence.
The prototype centred on the mortgage lender approval journey, allowing investors and stakeholders to quickly grasp how the system would function, where value was created, and how the concept could scale.
